📹 Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for replacement:

  • Record a full unboxing video from start to finish with no cuts or pauses

  • Clearly show the defect in the video

  • Already opened package videos are not accepted

🚚 Pickup & Resolution Process

  1. We will arrange pickup for the product.

  2. Once we receive the item:

    • Minor defects will be repaired

    • Major issues will result in a free replacement

  3. We aim to resolve all issues within 5–10 business days.

Note: If the original item is out of stock, we may offer an alternate product of equal value.

🛑 No replacement will be provided for used or damaged products.


3-Day Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We know that preferences vary, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

🔄 Return/Refund/Exchange Window

  • You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

  • Dissatisfaction with color, style, or size

  • Product must be unused and sent back in its original condition and packaging

💰 Refund Details

  • We refund 80% of the product price (excluding box value)

  • 20% deduction covers shipping, packaging, and handling

  • For exchanges, 80% of the product value is credited toward a new item

🚚 Customer Responsibilities

  • Return courier charges are borne by the customer

  • Do not remove any protective film or packaging from the watch, chain, or glass

  • Ensure the product is undamaged and untampered

📦 Return Procedure

  1. Inform us before returning any product.

  2. Send the product via any reliable courier service.

  3. After receiving, we will inspect the item:

    • Approved items will be processed for refund or exchange

    • Damaged or used items will not qualify

💸 Refund Timeline

  • Online payments: Processed within 3–5 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds may take 8–10 business days

  • Box cost is non-refundable
