We will arrange pickup for the product.

Once we receive the item:

Minor defects will be repaired

Major issues will result in a free replacement

We aim to resolve all issues within 5–10 business days.
Note: If the original item is out of stock, we may offer an alternate product of equal value.

20% deduction covers shipping, packaging, and handling

For exchanges, 80% of the product value is credited toward a new item
