Delivery Timeframe:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Dispatch Time: 1–2 days from order booking.

Courier Services:

  • Prepaid Orders: Shipped via Bluedart, DTDC.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Shipped using Bluedart, Delhivery, Trackon, Maruti, ExpressBees, depending on your delivery PIN code.

Important Notes for COD Orders:

  • Advance Payment: A 10% advance of the total order amount is required.

  • This amount is non-refundable if the order is refused or canceled by the customer after dispatch.

    • If the product is in stock, delivery will be completed within 3–8 days.

    • If not, delivery may be delayed, and we will notify you accordingly.

  • Delay Notification:

    • You will be informed of any delays, or you can check your courier status after 3–4 days of dispatch.

  • Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment and directly contact the courier partner for updates.

  • Issues with Delivery:

    • If your order is lost, not delivered, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

  • Order Cancellation:

    • We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice in case of unexpected situations.

    • If canceled by us or lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.
